House and Commercial Property Surveys
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a detailed report on the construction and structural condition of a property and is appropriate for older properties including period properties, listed buildings, converted properties, extended properties and where there are known defects requiring comment upon. The report identifies defects and provides advice as to works of repair and further investigations recommended (for residential surveys please see our FEES page for a quote.
Our founder is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, who has over 35 years experience in the property field and prepares our RICS Level 3 Surveys personally.
We take numerous photographs throughout the properties that we survey and we incorporate the photographs within our reports.
We also provide Property Surveys on retail, office, industrial, warehouse and going concern premises. For a quote on these type of premises we request the full address with post code contact us and we can then get back to you promptly with a quotation.
On occasion a client will also request a valuation on a property that we have inspected for survey purposes. In such cases we can offer a discount of £150 + VAT off our normal fee for a Valuation Report on the same property (See Services – Valuations).
