House and Property Valuations
We are able to provide valuations on residential property for a range of purposes including Help to Buy, Probate, Shared Ownerships, Matrimonial, Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Lease Extension, HMRC taxation purposes, Fire Insurance and Market Valuation purposes.
Where we have carried out an RICS Building Survey on a property a client may request a market valuation on the same property. In these circumstances we offer our clients a discount of £100 + VAT off our normal valuation report fee.
Occasionally we are instructed to provide Retrospective valuations requiring research into the value of a property several years earlier which entails looking at actual completed property sales at the time. We usually receive instruction to prepare retrospective valuations from solicitors or lenders.
